Today I thought I’d post stripes or stripe-like designs. Believe it or not, these were also made from the photograph of the pencils! They’re like the great-great-great-grand children of that image. I like stripes but don’t use them a lot. I don’t know why, but I’m usually drawn to florals and abstracts. (Perhaps that’s why you’ll see a lot of them here eventually.) I’m working on patterned designs that aren’t as bold as today’s stripes and will take less ink. To save on ink, you can crop the image to the size you need. I like to print on 110 lb paper. I save the leftovers for stamping.
